What We Do Today
Cash offers on some machines. Send us the make, model, year, hours and condition. We reply within one business day. If it's a machine we buy, you get a cash offer. If it isn't, we say so.
A free marketplace for the rest. Owners can list a machine on the HeavyDutyYard marketplace for free. We review every listing before it goes live and screen buyer messages, so sellers don't post their phone number publicly. A featured spot is optional at a one-time$24.99.
Free reference data. Our equipment pages cover specs and used price ranges for 463 models, and the value guide explains how those ranges are built. No login required.
Transport.We don't run our own trucks. When we buy a machine, we help coordinate a hauler and agree who pays for transport in writing before anything moves.

Prices Checked Against Public Data
Offers and the price ranges on our model pages are checked against public auction results and dealer listings. Dealer asking prices usually run above where machines sell, so we weigh auction results more.
A Reply Within One Business Day
Every submission gets an answer within one business day: a cash offer if it's a machine we buy, or a straight no and a pointer to a free marketplace listing.
Every Listing Reviewed
We read each marketplace listing before it goes live and screen buyer messages before they reach the seller. Reviewing a listing is not an inspection, so buyers should still see the machine in person.

When we make an offer, price, payment and pickup terms are agreed in writing before anything moves. Listing on the marketplace is free; featuring a listing is an optional one-time $24.99.
